STORY
Your support can help us sustain the women and children of Agbon Kingdom

Program-focused

From classrooms in Kokori to hospital wards in Eku, we equip vulnerable women and children with education, healthcare, and economic tools to build a lasting future-one community at a time.

When a community shows up for its own, real change follows.
Investing in Agbon's classrooms, one uniform and one lesson at a time.
We're by the bedside, clearing bills and carrying hope to Eku Baptist Hospital.
Empowering the farmers of Kokori to grow food, income, and independence.

our core values

Helping others improves the world

Education Access

Ensuring financial hardship never determines intellectual destiny.

Global Health

Bringing life-saving care to communities where hospitals are miles away.

Protection

Standing as shield for the most vulnerable women and children in our society.

Economic Empowerment

Equipping women with the skills and resources to move from dependency to dignity.

The Visionary Behind the Roar

Chief Mrs. Deanna Ohwevwo is the President and Founder of the White Lioness Pride Humanitarian Foundation, and the White Lioness of Agbon Kingdom. Her journey is one of global excellence meeting local devotion; born in West Virginia, USA, she built her academic foundation at West Virginia Wesleyan College before earning her Master’s degree at American University.

Today, she brings over 26 years of strategic experience across corporate and government organizations to the world of philanthropy. Alongside her husband, Okakuro Onos Ohwevwo, the White Lion of Agbon Kingdom, she raises three sons and instills in them the same calling that drives her work: the belief that no one should have to walk through the darkness alone.

In February 2026, her contributions to human capital and community development were recognized with the Nation Builders Award, presented by the New Focus for Development Initiative in collaboration with YES Africa.
